Mend Gardtec 350 Home Security System Alarm

green flashing mains light,on my gardtec 350 alarm?

every time i input my code the alarm appears to set but on entry to the house,giving me so long to enter and put in the code nothing happens and the green light is flashing ,have you any thought on the problem
