Mend Ferroli 80e Modena Boiler Heating Pressure

Ferolli 80e Modena not firing up?

My boiler won't fire up. The shut down warning light is on and resetting isn't working, when I put hot water tap on i can see the spark that's trying to ignite the boiler but it doesn't seem to be catching. Have tries resetting numerous times, pressure ok, inbetween 1 and 1.5 bar.

for your boiler there are 5 lights on the display

are you saying ONLY the shut down warning light LED 2 is flashing?

i 'll need to know if the boiler fails to light for CH as well as DHW

if the boiler fails to light for CH & DHW then the most likely culprit is the low water pressure switch
BUT
LED 5 normally starts flashing as well

need more info before i can properly diagnose fault for you
