Honda petrol mower?

I have a Honda HRB 475 petrol mower. The cutting blade is going round but rather slowly and not cutting the grass. Sounds like clutch is slipping How do I repair please ----I want to do it myself.???? Cant afford to have it prof done. Thanks Dave
