my speedfight 2 100cc 04 model keeps cutting out after ten mins riding ?

help!! my speedfight 2 100cc keeps cutting out after ten mins of riding even at quater throttal ive just had a neww cylinder & pision & barrel never had this problem before wod it do that if its leaning? please help doing my head in!
