Mend David Brown Lift Changed Filter

how to fix the hydraulics on a david brown 850?

hi i have a 850 david brown the hydraulic lift arms dont work i have changed the filter and put in new oil but still nothing. when i put the lift leaver in the up postion an drive down the road the arms will raise but if you put any weight on them they go back down again.
any body got any ideas?
