Mend David Brown Implementmatic Tractor

David Brown implementmatic "canadian" starting problem?

Was working with tractor, running fine.
Suddenly went to full throttle, then back to idle and repeated a couple of times. then died. it will not restart.

Has plenty of fuel (fresh). had been working for about an hour when this happened.

Any suggestions on troubleshooting?
