Mend Hotpoint DY330GW Cooling Double Oven

my cooling fan on my hotpoint double gas oven DY330GW will not stop?

I have a Hotpoint Double Gas Oven DY330GW and the cooling fan will not stop running even after the oven is cold. We have tried cleaning the thermostats but it has not helped. The ovens are working perfectly.
I resent a call out charge if it is easily remedied. Can anyone help??
