Mend Maytag Fridge Cold Enough

How can i get my fridge to be cold enough?

I have a Maytag side by side that is getting below zero degrees in freezer, but hovering around 40 deg. in fridge. How can i fix this problem? I put a new T-stat on last year when this happened(and that fixed it) but now is doing it again! Please help!
