Maytag Admiral GC 222 4GEKB Freezer Problem?

Hey if anyone in the london area these guys were sent out by the manufacturers they came out and fix mine they were great www.agsrefrigeration.co.uk.

I have the same problem with my fridge/freezer up in Cheshire. It's also about 3 years old.

The problem is that my house is rented out at the moment, and I don't live just around the corner. The letting agency sent somebody round, who claimed it is the thermostat causing the problem, which will cost me over £100 to replace. He has since said the part is on back order, and the compressor is likely to be the next component to break-down, which will cost around £900...

I would appreciate it if anyone knows of a good and trustworthy engineer near Middlewich, Cheshire who could take a look? I don't believe the guy the letting agency sent round. Thanks in advance.
