how do I fix the fan heater on my dimplex castillo fire ?

The fan heater on my castillo electric fire has stopped working it was making a louder than usual noise before it stopped.

the cylinder fan will have moved to one side therefore catching at the edge it just needs prising back to its central position,easy if you know how to get to it in the first place,too complicated to explain how to take it to bits
