How can I fix several problems with mr renault kangoo 1.9 1998 van?

I have a renault kangoo 1.9 1998 van. My fuel guage is erratic, also my speedo goes off, my clock does not keep time and when I insert key in ignition the red light flashes like mad till I remove key wiggle it and then ok, mind you the key rattles. Aso problem with key and door locks. Hope you can help as I am a mere woman living Spain, but will have a go
