i bought ghds off ebay more than a year ago and never had problems with them untill last night when they just stopped heating therefore stopped working! and i do not know where to go to get them fixed can any one help please? its not my fault obviously a fault in the straighteners and the company should pay for it. x luci x

Ensure u send a covering letter explaining what u think is wrong along with a receipt!! and dont expect them back for a month or so lol.
