Mend Central Heating Boiler Thermostat

Hot water - no heating?

Boiler fires up no problem for hot running water,but not for central heating.Tried reset button and the diverter valve still seems to move ok.The digital thermostat is showing that the boiler should be fired up with the flame indicator,but nothing is happening?
