I dont know how the Vauxhall system works
but
most electric roof cars have an interlock between the boot and an electric roof folding system.
Normally the roof will not open unless a cover is in place that divides the boot area up
The division is to seperate a space for luggage from the space required by the hood ,when stowed in the boot.
These covers (normally pull out with a thin bar) fit into slots that contain micro switches.
If you want to lower the roof and the cover is not in place then the roof folding system will not work.
Will the roof operate and can the boot be opened when roof up or down.
If not might be a fuse failed.
also
has the boot lock been locked using the key- on some cars you can key lock the boot so that it will not work with the centrall locking.
Just some thoughts /ideas that may help.
