my keyfob for my y reg mondeo wont work?

my keyfob for my y reg mondeo wont work , it did work then stopped so i changed the battery but it still wont lock the car or open it, any ideas

Ford Ford Mondeo Vehicles, Cars Mondeo Car Open

when you change the battery in remote you have to reprogramme to carturn ignition on/off 4 times in 6 secs then press remote button and hold for 30 secs then when immobilzer light stops flashing its done
