Unvented water tank?

Not serviced as such.
The controls will need checking occasionally, also periodically, the air gap in the top of the cylinder will have to be re-established, when it needs doing, it will be self evident.

If you get someone to work on this, bear in mind, they must be qualified over and above the usual gas safe registration.
