where can I get replacement ribbon for Optima 2Plus remote keypad?

My Optima 2 Plus has a remote key pad which has been working great.
Unfortunately due to decorating I removed key pad from wall and then dropped it!! and obviously must have damaged the electronic ribbon as now some of the pads do not respond when pushed.
Where can I purchase a new ribbon from?
