Mend Vaillant VCW GB 242 EH Central Heating Hot Water Fault

vaillant vcw gb 242 eh boiler?

Can you please advise fault on dhw when hot water tap is opened boiler ignites runs for 10 secs then cuts out then ignites runs for 10 secs. Keeps doing this until hot water tap is closed, also when cental heating is running prv is leaking once pressure has built upto 2.Can anyone suggest solution to faults,thanks.
