How do I fix indicators on Vauxhall combo 1.7 (2004)?

Have checked fuse and bulbs they are ok. Just stopped working cant get full beam on headlights either.

at bulkhead n/s corner in engine compartment next to battery is a black plastic box with relays/wiring etc,sometimes get water ingress in there,about eight torx 20 screws hold lid on,lift scuttle panel up for access and have a look at the large yellow relay
