champioin 35 classic petrol lwanmower?

how do i check/ change the oil. There is a small hole at the rear top will fill & drain written on it. I imagine this is for oil. just bought the mower second hand and has been working fine but started to produce some blueish smoke so wonder if it is short on oil

thanks.. looks like the dipstick is missing. any idea if it possible to buy a new one?

The cap you have mentioned should have a dipstick attached. Fill as indicated with SAE30 4-stroke mower oil - unless the engine is a Honda - in which case, use you can use 15W40.
