Mend Champion C390 Motor Help Piece

Champion C390 37cm 1300W new motor?

The motor does not start unless I help it by turning the blades (with a piece of wood!) just to get it going; it seems there's not enough starting torque. Once going, it cuts fine with lots of power. I guess it needs a new motor, but I can't find one anywhere.
Does anyone know where I can get one?
