they are accessed from inside van,they turn about 1/4"to remove bulb holder,if you have difficulty getting to them,remove 2 x 10mm nuts and remove complete lamp .[by the way if it is a 12 seater or has trim fitted then remove 2 grommets to get to fixing nuts!]
