honda dylan 125?

my bike wont go over 20mph untill 5 min riding then will pickup speed. had new regulator and allternator so why is this can u help i have even warmed it up before riding and no change

If the choke stays on for longer than it should, will affect initial running you describe.

not sure the garage said it might be the carbaretor it mite need a good clean
