i just rebuilt one its behind your knees as you sit on the bike ,lift the seat up and imagine the front of the seat went all the way over until it hit the panel thats the panel is behind.p.s its a ytx 7abs or a ytx7lbs but i think its a abs.

On these Hondas I am almost sure they sit under the front panel near the headlight.
