I have same problem. Can't get an answer when I ring eckman. Won't buy from them again.

im having the same issue
iv now stripped the gearbox down and found the cogs to be completley worn away i am strugeling to find parts for mine ahas any one got any idea where i can get a blade shaft with a worm as eckman call it

internal cog is plastic and teeth are probably worn
