How does one clean the w/machine?

This is the ULTIMA 860, 6 kg, 1600 revs.

Clothes come out looking not washed at whatever programme it is on. I suspect there is fluff and fibre blocking the drainage system somewhere.

How does one get fluff and stuff out of the drainage system? i.e.Where does onelook?
