Mend Ferroli Optimax he 38C Boiler Heating Pressure

Ferroli Optimax he 38C?

This morning I had F37 so I topped up the pressure, later I had F40 so I bled the radiator and reset.
Now I have - - and no heating or hot water, I keep trying to reset to no avail and occassionally it displays t5.
