Mend Thomson Wont Anyone Please

My Thomson wont record anyone Know what I can do please ?

My Thomson box has suddenly decided not to record and has completely wiped off everything I have recorded in the past does anyone Know if there is anything i can do. I have rebooted it several times rescanned all the usual things but so far nothing. would appreciate any info please
