Mend Gainsborough PS1200 Want Replace 2

I want to replace 2 Gainsborough PS1200 with similar ?

I have 2 Gainsbourough PS1200 and would like to replace with similar so I don't have to replace any tiles. The showers are very noisy now and the water comes out in spurts plus turning the dial from high to low doesn't have any effect .
Can you please advise. Thank you
