Mend Moffat MSF615X Replace Element Oven

can i replace the grill element?

My oven is a Moffat MSF615X and the grill element is burnt out and needing replaced.
When i looked, the element seems to be riveted onto the back of the oven and not screwed as there were no slots or star in the heads of the fixings.
So how do i replace this element
