These boilers don't have a repressurising key or loop on them, it will be on the pipework somewhere, probably below the boiler. If you can find it turn the valve on till the water pressure is approx. 1.5 bar on the gauge just underneath the boiler case, that should do it. If the boiler doesn't work after that there must be another fault on the boiler.
