Mend Isar HE24 Going Worked Fine

l and f flasing on isar he24 boiler?

Turned the water and boiler off when we was going away, worked fine beforehand, on our return started it up, and started leaking water out of the botton, and L AND F flashing, changed the spark plug kit and also the flame detector kit, still can't get it to work.
Can anyone offer any any further assistance,
