Mend Baxi 105e Combi Boiler Pressure Heating System

Baxi combi 105e pressure loss?

my baxi 105e is just over 3yrs old. The pressure keeps dropping to nothing and have to repressurise it several times a day. Thought it was a leaking rad causing it so replaced it by using the' pipe freeze' method. Bled all rads after and it seemed ok for about 24hrs. Now the pressure is dropping constantly.. after i top it up and switch the boiler on the pressure drops then gradually rises. Its so bad that i have to get up several times a night to repressurise it as the heating needs to be on constantly due to my 92 yr old gran being in the house. Can anyone help with suggestions??????? PLease

SOUNDS LIKE THE EXPANSIONN VESSEL HAS GONE, MINE RECENTLY WENT AND HAD ONE FITTED EXTERNAL TO THE BOILER FOR £150. YOU SHOULD'NT KEEP REPRESSURISING IF YOU DO NOT ADD A RUST INHIBITOR IN THE SYSTEM AS IT WILL SLUDGE UP YOUR RADS. IF IT IS YOUR EXPANSION VESSEL THAT HAS GONE YOU SHOULD SEE HOT WATER BLOWING OFF ON YOUR BOILER OVERFLOW PIPE OUTSIDE.

the prv is under the boiler with a red knob on it, the pipe from that should be in copper and go out through the wall.
expanssion vessel can be a costly job

Hi, maybe a silly ??? but where on the boiler is the overflow pipe? All i remember is when the plumber fitted it he joined the overflow to the same pipe aas the toilet overflow.
Is the expansion valve an expensive /difficult replacement?

have you checked prv (overflow pipe) from boiler to outside wall is not leaking. if not you have a faulty expanssion vessel
