Can you tell me where to get a exelaration cable for a vantage 35 super B (Tecumsen)

M is wrong.

For starters Tecumseh is the name of the manufactuer of the engine- they did go into liquidation a few years ago, but that has no bearing on the cable you require as Tecumseh only manufactured the engine and NOT the cables that operate it. These are produced/provided by whoever maunfacturers the actual lawnmower. This should be clearly marked on the body of the machine. Come back to me with the manufacturers name and I can help.

I believe that they stopped trading the small engine division in 2008.
I would go to local mower repair business and they may well match your cable with that of another machine
