Mend Ryobi 4040 Changed Start Carb

ryobi 4040 chainsaw?

i changed the coil and get a good spark but it still wont start, i took the carb of, but found nothing wrong to the eye, its only a couple of years old and i bought it in vg nick second hand, runs well but just wont start...could it be fuel starvation ? Many thanks. APB.A
