Mend Toyota Rav 4 Central Lock

Central locking?

Toyota Rav 4. I cant lock or unlock my car with my keys...up until yesterday i had to lock my car on the driver side and unlock on the passenger side but yesterday can unlock car at all. Someone told me to get graffite from super auto cheap and tip it into the key hole did that but no change...HELP !!
