TOYOYA CHASER 1992,1993 MODEL?

THE CAR IS ABLE TO START BUT THE ALTINATER HEATS AND THE CENTRAL LOCK SYSTEM DOESNT WORK. IT IS AN ELECTRICAL. WHO DO I CALL IN, AN ELECTRITIAN OR MUST I TAKE IN FOR A FULL ENGINE CHANGE?
