Mend Toyota Yaris Verso Lock Central Replace

How to fix rear tail door lock/catch on Yaris Verso W Reg?

To start with hubbie noticed the boot door was not locking so poked it with a screwdriver - now it won't even close and central locking not working on any doors! Does anyone know how to replace/repair the unit - Toyota want £50 just to look at it.
