baxi 2fp keeps overheating?

i have altered the pipe work in my system as the bathroom rad kept dragging in air at the same time i changed one of the single rads for a double turned the pump up to 2 setting now the boiler keeps telling me it's overheating the fan was changed last year system is full of water no air locks
