my kids left the door open on my freezer now it doesnt seem to freeze things properly epsecially icecream and lollies the fan keeps stop starting on it could this be the problem

An idea at this stage would be to turn the whole thing OFF for 24HRS with both doors left open then restart it up and hope it will recover.if ICE has built up in the back because of the door being left open then this could be the problem
