BEKO CS 460 FF FRIDGE/FREEZER?

The freezer section has stopped working and not freezing at all. Although the fridge is still working perfectly well.
I wonder if its just a part that has gone... and if it can be replaced... or if its gone altogether and needs replacing.

Hi mine has just done the same ... freezer not working but the fridge is still very good. Did this work for you by turning it off for 12 hours? Thanks, Karen

If the fridge is still working and defrosting it sounds like a build up of ice behind the freezer panel is causing the problem. Try turning the fridge off overnight so that the fridge/freezer thoroughly defrosts. Place a few towels round the drip tray at the back of the fridge first.(food is normally OK for about 12 hours). When you turn it back on the freezer should hopefully start working properly again. If not the defrost timer switch may need replacing.
