Mend Samsung WF541 Machine Rinse Hold Stopped

wf541 just stopped working?

my washing machine just stopped working. The on and off button flashes on and off very quickly and the rinse hold button ( 3rd button down) is flashing on and off as well. any ideas please. i have checked the filter and it was not blocked ?
