How can I fix my Hoover TC650 Tumble dryer?

The drum on my tumble dryer has stopped turning. All I have when I switch the machine on is the ticking of the timer. I am able to rotate the drum by hand, but feels very stiff. I have removed the top panel to examine the drum belt and all looks okay. I am convinced that the bearing for the drum has gone. I would like to know how to remove the drum so I can gain access to the bearing and replace. Can any one inform me how I go about this, are there any other screws to be removed so the drum can be removed, and am I accessing the drum in the correct manner, ie, is there bottom access under the machine casing. Any help would be appreciated.
