Mend Bosch AXT 1600HP Switch Main Noticed

Hi,
When I switch the unit on it trips out..... I have taken the switch unit away from the main body and noticed that every time \i put the power on the 10A unit trips out ( the spring on the unit just jumps up and down )......Help
