Mend Aquatronic 3 Electric Running Cold

Aquatronic 3 electric shower running cold?

The shower has recently stopped heating the water even when turned to max temp. Initially it would get very hot at max temp setting then as soon as turned down would suddenly switch from hot to cold. What could be wrong and is it repairable?
