Mend Triton Martinique Electric Pressure Bathroom

Any idea why my Triton Martinique shower has started running cold?

My electric shower is cold until I turn it up to about 8/9 (maximum 10) and then it is warm but the pressure isn't good any ideas what could be wrong?
