Kenmore Coldspot - fridge will not cool (freezer is cold)?

Model 106.62262101 - top freezer. I removed back panel and cleaned everything - fan runs. I removed all contents of freezer and took bottom panel out and got rid of all ice - 2 "vents" into fridge part were partially clogged with ice and cleared that. Still not cooling fridge - could elements in back of freezer be iced up and cause issue? If so, how do I remove back panel (tried but could not get it off).
