American style LG Fridge freezer water dispenser leak?

When we dispense cold water, there is a flow of water coming out from the back of the fridge at the bottom. Took bottom panel off and could see that the water goes in from the mains tube into a manifold with two solenoids on it which distrubtes the water into two lines. One goes up outside the back of the fridge and into the top. This one is OK. The second plastic pipe goes into a larger outer metal pipe at the bottom and disappears into the body. When the water dispenser is in operation, water pours out of the bottom of the outer pipe surrounding this second plastic pipe. Is there a simple way to fix this?
