having the same starting probs ?

vectra c 2004 same starting problems have changed leak pipes glow plugs etc etc now im told its the diesel pump seal if i leave car on hill starts every time but on flat no chance new battery too still same probs can any1 tell me were to get oil seal for pump its the small seal on the shaft thanks
