Mend Smeg 410dsx Dishwasher Motor

My smeg 410dsx dishwasher has trouble with door closing and constant motor ?

There is difficulty getting the door to close properly and all the lights to appear. When we do manage it the machine turns on immediately and the motor runs constantly without ceasing. Help
